Apricots in Orange Sauce

1/3 cup plus 2 TBSP orange marmalade-divided
1/4 cup juice from canned apricots
2 (16 oz) cans apricot halves
1/2 cup sour cream

In an 8 X 8 microwaveable baking dish, combine 1/3 cup orange marmalade and apricot juice.
Arrange the apricots halves on top of the mixture.
Cover tightly and cook on high for 3 to 4 minutes.
Remove from microwave, let cool, and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove from refrigerator and spoon apricot mixture into 4 serving dishes.

Combine remaining marmalade and sour cream in a small bowl. Spoon on top of each serving.
