Woolworth's Cheesecake

1 small package lemon Jell-O
8 oz. boiling water
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 can evaporated milk
2 1/2 cups graham crackers, crushed
1 T. sugar
1/4 c. butter, melted
Dissolve Jell-O� in boiling water. Cool until it starts to set. In a 9x13 pan, make a graham cracker crust with the crushed crackers, sugar and butter, reserving a little for topping.

Put canned milk in the freezer for about an hour, or until it starts to crystallize. Whip it then until it forms stiff peaks.

Cream together sugar and cream cheese, mixing well. Add the whipped evaporated milk to the cream cheese mixture, then add slightly set Jell-O, blending well.

Pour mixture into graham cracker crust and refrigerate overnight. This recipe makes 20 slices.
