Three recipes

Grilled Cheesy Beef Burgers
1 pound Ground Beef
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/2 cup fresh Bread Crumbs
1/4 cup B-B-Q Sauce, divided
4 Hamburger Buns

Combine the meat, cheese, bread crumbs & 2 T. BBQ sauce. Shape into 4 patties. Grill to desired doneness. Brush each patty with the remaining BBQ sauce during the last couple minutes of grilling.
Serves 4

Six Fruit Salad
2 cups fresh Strawberries, quartered
1 cup cubed Honeydew
1/2 cup fresh Blueberries
1 large Apple, chopped
1 large orange, peeled and quartered (each section)
1 large Banana, sliced
1/2 cup Orange Jucie

In a large bowl combine the fruit. Drizzle with the orange juice and stir gently. Serve immediately
serves 6 to 8.

Creamy Corn Salad
6 cups Frozen Corn, thawed
3 cups chopped seeded Tomatoes
1 cup cubed Avocado
2/3 cup chopped Red Pepper
2/3 cup chopped Green Pepper
1/2 cup chopped Onion

DRESSING:
1 cup Mayonnaise
2 Tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoon liquid Mustard
1 teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper

In a large bowl, combine the first 6 ingredients. In a small bowl whisk the dressing ingredients. Pour over the salad & toss to coat. Cover and regrigerate for at least 1 hour.
