TENNESSEE CHESS PIE 1 stick oleo 1 tbs. vinegar 3 eggs 1 1/2 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanlla 1 Tbs. corn meal Beat all ingredients until smooth and pour in to a unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350° for about a hour. It is done when crust is nice and brown and the middle is set. |
