Quick & Simple Chicken & Noodles 1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken Breasts Salt & Pepper to taste 2 - 10 3/4 oz. cans of Cream of Chicken Soup 1 - 14 1/2 oz can Chicken Broth 16 oz. package Wide Egg Noodles, cooked as directed on package. Place the chicken in a greased crockpot, salt & pepper to taste. Top with the 2 cans of soup, cover and cook on low for 6 hours. Remove chicken & shred or cut up. Return the chicken to the crockpot, add the broth and the cooked noodles, mix well. Cover and cook on low for 30 more minutes. Serves 6 |
