Berry Trifle
Angel food cake (10.5 oz bar or half of large round angel food cake)
1 lb strawberries
1 pint blueberries
1/4 c sugar
8 oz container whipped topping
3 oz white chocolate bars (1 oz each)
8 oz container whipped topping
8 oz cream cheese, softened

--Wash and cut strawberries, wash blueberries (if blueberries aren't in season, use 2 lbs strawberries).

--Mix sugar into fruit and let marinate in refrigerator for 1 hour.

--To make white chocolate sauce, melt 3 oz white chocolate bars with 1/2 container whipped topping in microwave for one minute at 20 second intervals, stirring between intervals.

--Whisk in 8 oz cream cheese still smooth and stir in rest of the container whipped topping.

--Cover and place in refrigerator to chill.

--In a bowl or trifle dish, break up angel food cake and layer bottom of bowl.

--Cover layer of angel food cake with layer of white chocolate sauce, then layer of berries, and end with a layer of whipped topping.

--Add second layer of cake, sauce, berries and whipped topping.

--Garnish with white chocolate bits and/or sliced strawberries.
