Darlene's Easy Never Fail Frosting
3/4 cup sugar
3Tbsp. milk
3Tbsp. marg or butter
Mix bring to a boil & boil 1 minute.
Remove from heat and stir in 1/2 cup chocolate chips. Spread on cooled cake.
Really good on brownies or a sheet cake.
