Chunky Cheesy Crisps
Translated Quick, Easy, Diab, and Delicious...

1/4 c. finely crushed potato chips
1/4 c. finely shredded cheddar cheese
2 Tbl. all-purpose flour
1 Tbl. buttter softened
1/4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper.

In a small bowl combine all ingred. shape into 3/4 in, balls. Place on an ungreased baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake at 350 for 8-10 mnutes or until golden brown. Remove to wire rack...
