Cherry Cordial Now that cherry season is near I will share my recipe for Cherry Cordial. I make it every year. 2 Cups fresh cherries 2 C sugar don't mix Pour 1 qt vodka over it. Seal tight for 6 months in a crock or cookie jar with duct tape. In 6 months remove lid, eat cherries filled with the wine. Ummmm so good.Pour wine into bottle and enjoy. You can make this with other fruit, peaches, etc. Fay |
