Chicken, Licking Pork Chops
6--8 lean pork chops or amount needed. I use boneless
1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. salt--optional--soup is salty.
11/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp.garlic powder
Mix dry ingredients well.
2 tbs. oil
1 can chicken/rice soup

Dredge meat in flour mixture. Brown lightly in oil. Place in crockpot, cover with soup & cook 6--8 hrs on low or til tender.
You may also use chicken.

I did 2 pork chops last night. So you can adjust the amount.
