Beer Bread
2 2/3 cup self-rising Flour (not cake flour)
12 oz. can Beer, chilled or room temperature

Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease a loaf pan. Put flour in a medium bowl, add beer and stir with a rubber spatula until flour is moistened completely. Pour into loaf pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes or until top is light brown, the sides start to pull away from the sides of the pan and a pick inserted near the center comes out clear. Cool in the pan on a wire rack 5 minutes then turn the bread out on the wire rack to cool.

Makes great toast.
