VEGETABLE CASSEROLE

MIX TOGETHER:
2 CANS CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
1/2 C. LOW FAT SOUR CREAM
2 BAGS FROZEN VEGETABLE MEDLEY
1 CAN SLICED WATER CHESTNUTS, DRAINED
8 OZ SHREDDED COLBY/JACK CHEESE
4 OZ SHREDDED 4 CHEESE MEXICAN CHEESE

BAKE 350° FOR 1/2 HOUR. THE VEGETABLES WERE CRISPY. IF YOU LIKE THEM SOFTER, ADD 10/15 MINUTES HERE. THEN, SPRINKLE ON TOP ONE LARGE CAN OF FRENCH FRIED ONIONS AND BAKE 10 MINUTES LONGER.
