BLT Ranch Pinwheels 4 to 6 slices cooked and crumbled bacon 1 - 8oz package softened cream cheese 1/2 cup sour cream 1 oz. package powdered ranch salad dressing mix 1 package - 10 inch soft flour tortillas 1 large tomato, chopped 6 leaves greenleaf lettuce Mix cream cheese, sour cream, ranch mix and bacon in a mixer. Spread onto tortillas, then layer tomatoes and lettuce on each. Roll up and refrigerate for 1 hour. Cut into pinwheels and serve chilled. |
