Spring Pea Salad 1-10 oz. package frozen peas 1 cup diced celery 1 cup chopped fresh cauliflower 1/4 cup diced green onion 1 cup chopped cashews 1/4 cup cooked crumbled bacon 1/2 cup sour cream 1 cup prepared Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk Salad Dressing (bottle, not envelope) 1/2 teaspoon Dijion mustard 1 small clove garlic, minced NEED: 1 large bowl and 1 smaller bowl Rinse peas in hot water, drain. Place in a large bowl then add the next 6 ingredients. Stir to combine. In the small bowl mix the salad dressing, mustard & garlic together; then pour over the veggies, toss to coat. Chill at least 1 hour. Serves 4.. |
