Shredded Beef Sandwiches

3 pounds Beef Roast
1/2 cup water
3 Tablespoons vinegar
2 Tablespoons worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoons ground cumin or chili powder
3 cups bar-b-q sauce  

Place beef in a greased crockpot. In a bowl, combine the next 4 ingredients. Cover & cook on low for 10 hours or on high for 4 or 5 hours. One hour before serving remove meat, drain off juice, shred meat & place back in crockpot. Stir in bar-b-q sauce & cook 30 more minutes. Serve on hamburger buns.
