PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN TREAT

Ingredients:
1/4 C melted butter
1/2 C brown sugar
1 can 8 pineapple slices
8 maraschino cherries (optional)
1 can cinnamon rolls

Preparation:
Pre-heat oven to 375.
Melt butter and pour into a square or better yet a round pan. Sprinkle brown sugar over the butter. Then place the pineapple slices with cherries in the middle over the sugar. Take out the cinnamon rolls and place one over each pineapple slice. Discard the frosting. Cook for 18 to 20 mins or until cinnamon rolls are brown and done. As soon as you take it out of the oven invert on a large plate or platter. Serve warm with coffee or tea.
