Mozzarella-Stuffed Burgers

4 oz. can mushroom stems & pieces, drained
1 pound ground beef
2 Tablespoons bottled steak sauce
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded

Chop Mushrooms. In a large bowl, combine mushrooms, ground beef and steak sauce. Shape ground beef mixture into 4 balls. Make indentation incenter of each ball, place 1/4 shredded cheese into each indentation. Shape ground beef mixture around the cheese, making sure to enclose cheese completely. Flatten each ball into a round patty over medium-high heat, heat a nonstick skillet & cook until desired doneness.

Can also be cooked on the grill.
