Minty Hot Cocoa 7 cups milk 12 ounce package semisweet chocolate chips 1/4 teaspoon mint extract whipped cream -- optional candy canes -- optional Heat 7 cups of milk to a simmer, then stir in the chocolate chips. When chocolate is melted stir in the mint extract and top with whipped cream & candy canes. Serves 8 |
