Marbled Peanut-Butter Brownies ONE 18--23 oz package brownie mix 1/2 cup creamy or chunky peanut butter Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Pour batter into a 9" baking pan. Microwave the peanut butter in a microwave safe bowl on high for 30 sec's or until peanut butter is melted. Stir the PB and then drizzle over the brownie batter. Use a knife to swirl the peanut butter into the chocolate batter and creat a marble look. Bake the brownies according to package directions. Set the pan on a wire rack and allow brownies to cool completely. Cut into squares and serve. |
