Kookie Cookies

1 10 1/2 oz package corn chips (Fritos)
1 cup light corn syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup creamy peanut butter

Spread corn chips in a greased 15x10x1" baking pan. In a saucepan over medium heat, bring corn syrup and sugar to a boil. Remove from heat, stir in peanut butter until smooth. Pour over the corn chips, cool. Break into pieces. Yields 3 dozen.

NOTE: Can replace fritos with 5 cups corn flakes to make cereal cookies and follow directions above - yummy
