CHERRY MASH 1 cup cherry baking chips 3/4 cup chunky peanut butter 2 cup white sugar 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 dash salt 1 1/4 cup miniature marshmallows 2 cup semisweet chocolate chips 1/2 cup butter 1 tsp vanilla extract Directions Step #1 In a large saucepan over med-heat/flame, stir this together sugar, milk, butter, marshmallows, & salt. Step #2 Simmer for 5 mins. Step #3 Add cherry chips & vanilla; stir until melted. Step #4 Pour mixture into a well greased 9x13 inch pan, & let cool until hard. Step #5 In a microwave, or in a saucepan over low heat/flame, melt chocolate chips & peanut butter. Step #6 Pour over cherry mixture & spread evenly. Step #7 Allow to cool before cutting.
