Cheese Olive Spread Servings: 6 8 oz. dry curd cottage cheese (or hoop cheese) 4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 4 Spanish olives (stuffed with pimentos) 1/8 tsp. crushed red pepper 12 stalks celery 1.Put cheese in food processor and process with steel blade until smooth. 2.Drop olives in processor while it is running. Process until olives are just chopped. 3.Place in an air-tight container and refrigerate. Serves 6.
