Guacamole

2 avocados smooshed
1 medium tomato skinned and chopped fine.
1 or 2 yellow peppers (depending how hot you like it) chopped fine (include the seeds)
1/2 to 1 onion (depending on your own taste) finely chopped.

Mix them together! (I like to cover it in an airtight container for an hour or two so everything in there can get to "know each other") This receipe gives you a "chunky" texture!

Serve with tort chips either store bought or home made.
