Gooey Chocolate Cookies 1 - 8 oz. package softened cream cheese 1/2 cup softened butter 1 egg 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 package chocolate cake mix In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and butter until light & fluffy. Beat in egg & vanilla, add cake mix & mix well. (Dough will be sticky). Cover & refrigerate for 2 hours. After 2 hours - roll dough into tablespoonfuls of balls. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 9 to 11 minutes, or until tops of cookies crack. Cool for 2 minutes before removing from pans to a wire rack.
