Crock-Pot Candy
2 pounds (36 oz) salted dry roasted peanuts
4 oz. German sweet chocolate
12 oz. package semisweet chocolate chips
2 1/2 pounds white almond bark

Place the peanuts in the bottom of a 4 quart crockpot. Layer the chocolate over the peanuts, beginning with the sweet chocolate, followed by the chocolate chips, then the almond bark. Set the crockpot on low and cook 3 hours. DO NOT STIR this mixture. After 3 hours, stir the mixture with a wooden spoon until smooth. Drop the candy into cupcake liners. (Place cupcake liners in the cupcake tins to hold candy together) - use 2 Tablespoon per liner. Allow the candy to cool completely before removing the cupcake liners. Makes 30 to 40 pieces.
