Beef N Gravy 3 pounds beef roast,cubed or 3 pounds stew meat 1 envelope dry onion soup mix 1/2 cup beef broth 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 - 4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained Cut beef roast into desired sized cubes, or use stew meat. Place the cubed meat into a greased crockpot. Sprinkle dry onion soup mix over the meat. In a bowl, combine the beef broth, cream of mushroom soup & the drained mushrooms, stir. Pour this mixture over the meat. Stir all ingredients. Cover & cook on low 10 hours - to serve; pour meat & gravy over mashed potatoes or noodles. Serves 8 |
