Baked Fudge 1/2 cup margarine or butter 3 oz. chopped unsweetened chocolate 2 cups sugar 3 eggs 1 teaspoon vanilla extract or flavoring 1 1/2 cups flour 1/8 teaspoon salt 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional) Melt 1/2 cup margarine or butter and 3 oz. of chopped unsweetened chocolate together, gradually beat in 2 cups sugar. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add the vanilla. Sift flour & salt together then add to the chocolate mixture. Now add your chopped walnuts. Stir well. Grease a 9x9x2 inch baking pan, spread batter evenly in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool, then cut into about 30 squares... |
