Balsamic Glazed Chicken

1/4 cup vegetable oil
8 chicken thighs and legs
6 garlic cloves, crushed
1 tspn red pepper flakes
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup honey
2 green onions, thinly sliced

Heat oil to 300 °F in skillet.
Brown chicken on all sides until lightly brown. Remove from skillet and reserve on plate.
Add garlic and red pepper flakes to the skillet. Cook for one minute.
Add the chicken broth, balsamic vinegar, and honey. Let reduce by about one-third.
Replace the chicken back into the skillet and coat with the sauce. Cover with a lid and let cook another 10-15 minutes until chicken is cooked.
Garnish with green onions.

*I use boneless, skinless chicken breasts.
