TWO CRUST PINEAPPLE PIE
1 large can pineapple, crushed
1 cup sugar
3 tablespoon cornstarch
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Crust for two crust pie

Mix first four ingredients together. Blend well. Pour into unbaked pie shell, cover with top crust. Bake in a 400°F oven for 10 minutes, reduce heat to 350°F and bake 35 minutes longer.
