Pizza Meat Balls

2 pounds ground Beef, uncooked
2 cups seasoned Bread Crumbs
1 cup Milk
1/4 cup Minced Onion
2 teaspoon Garlic Salt
1/4 teaspoon Pepper

8 oz block of Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 cup all-purpose Flour
1/4 cup cooking Oil
2 jars (28 oz. each) Pizza Sauce

In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Shape into 48 meatballs, cut mozzarella into 48 cubes,(1/2 inch each). Push a cube into the center of each meatball, cover the cheese completely with meat. Roll lightly in flour, in a large skillet, cook meatballs with oil until browned, then drain. Reduce heat, cover & simmer until meatballs are no longer pink, cover in pizza sauce while simmering. Cook time 30 to 45 minutes. Can be stored in a crockpot after cooking to keep warm.
