Pecan Pie 1/2 cup white sugar 1 cup light corn syrup 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup margarine 1/4 tsp. salt (op) 3 eggs 1 cup Pecans Beat eggs well. Add other ingredients and mix well.Pour into a unbaked pie shell. You can mix the pecans into the mix or put them in the pie shell and pour the egg mix over them. I usually just mix them in. Bake 1 hour at 300°. |
