Peanut Butter Balls (Buckeyes)

1 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
3 Tbs. butter 0r marg softened
1 pound dipping chocolate or powdered sugar

In a mixing bowl stir together the powdered sugar, peanut butter and butter til well mixed. Shape candy into 1 inch balls. Place on a cookie sheet lined with wax paper. Let the balls stand about 20 minutes or until dry. Melt the dipping chocolate (I use a double boiler). Use a toothpick and dip the balls in the chocolate and place on lined cookie sheet to let dry. Or you can roll them in powdered sugar. Store in a tightly covered container.
