PATTI'S CHEESE & POTATO CASSEROLE

7 or 8 medium potatoes, cooked & diced

Mix together:
1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup or more of chopped onion

Mix with potatoes and put in greased 9" square baking dish.
Top with 8 slices of partly fried bacon.

Tips: I dice my potatoes before I cook them and leave them slightly hard. When using more potaoes, use more soup.

One pound of diced American cheese may be used instead of soup. (I chose the easy way.) I baked at 350° for about an hour.

This is very good with ham.
