Lemon Bundt Cake 1 lemon cake mix 1 small box lemon instant pudding 3 eggs 1 cup oil 1 cup water Mix well. Pour into a bundt cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. GLAZE Juice of one lemon 1 cup powdered sugar 1 TBSP butter, softened Mix together and drizzle over cooled cake. Icing will be thin. |
