FROSTY MANDARIN DESSERT

NEEDED
2 3oz pkgs of orange gelatin
2 C boiling water
1 can mandarin oranges
1 pint orange sherbet

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
Drain oranges, reserve juice and add water to make 1 cup. Add to gelatin.
Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in sherbet and oranges. Pour into 1 1/2 quart mold or individual serving dishes. Chill til firm.

Yield: 8 servings
