1 CAKE MIX
ADD 2 WHOLE EGGS OR 1/2 CUP EGG BEATERS
1/2 CUP CANOLA OIL
MIX
USE HEAPING TEASPOON ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEETS 2 INCHES APART.
BAKE 8 - 10 MIN - 350 OVEN
CAN ADD RAISINS, NUTS, CEREAL, LEMON & POPPY SEED, GUM DROPS (CHOPPED UP)

2 c Butter
4 oz Chocolate Chips
1 t Salt
2 t Vanilla
2 c Sugar
1 ea 8-Oz Hershey Bar, gra=ted
2 t Baking Powder
4 c Flour
2 c Brown sugar
3 c Chopped nuts
2 t Baking Soda
5 c Blended Oatmeal *
4 ea Eggs
*Blended Oatmeal: Measure and blend in a blender to a fine powder.
Cream butter and both sugars.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder, and baking soda.
Add chips, candy and nuts.
Roll into balls and place two (2) inches apart on a cookie sheet.
bake for six (6) minutes at 375 degrees.
Makes 112 cookies, but recipe can halve

"Larry's Chocolate Chip Cookies"

1 cup shortening(1/2butter or oleo)
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 eggs,beaten
1 tsp.vanilla
1/2 tsp.salt.
1 tsp. soda in 2 TBS. warm water
1/2 cup nut meats( I use black walnuts)
2 1/2 cups sifted flour
1 pkg.chocolate chips
             Cream sugars & shortening,
add eggs,& vanilla.
Dissolve soda in water, add to first mixture with salt added to flour & stir till well blended.
Add chips & nuts.
Chill & drop from tp. 2 inches apart.
Bake 350 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 6 dozen..
Tip from Larry...If you really want to get 6 dozen make a double batch or don't have 3 granddaughters helping who LOVE cookie dough!! hee,hee.

"Cow Chip Cookies" (no bake)

Ingredients:
2 cups sugar
5 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups quick cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup milk
Directions:
1 Cover baking sheets with wax paper and set aside.
2 Combine sugar and cocoa in a large saucepan.
Stir in milk, butter and peanut butter.
Cook and stir over medium heat until butter melts and mixture is combined, about 5-20 minutes.
Remove from heat.
3 Stir in the vanilla, oats and nuts, and mix thoroughly.
Take a teaspoon and scoop out a spoonful of the mixture; drop the spoonful onto the waxed paper-covered baking sheet.
Repeat with the rest of the mixure.
Place in the refrigerator until the cookies are cooled and set.
Store the cookies in an airtight container.
