STRAWBERRY PIZZA
Here it is..Enjoy, It's very easy to make. And it's better if it sets a
few hours to soften the crust, But it usually doesn't last that long.
This is my family's favorite dessert when the fresh strawberries are
available. It's as pretty as it is good,and it's nummy. |  |
Start with a roll
of Pillsbury sugar cookie dough,(or you can make your own roll,wrap in
waxed paper and refrigerate a day or so) Slice cookie roll 1/4 in.or
less, place on a round pizza pan close enough together so that it bakes
into 1 lg. cookie, let cool.
mix 8 oz. cream cheese with 1/3 cup
conf.sugar and 1 or 2 tsp.vanilla, add just barely enough milk or cool
whip to make it spreadable, spread on cookie.
Slice 1 qt. strawberries
lengthwise and spread over cr. cheese mixture, then 1 pkg. strawberry
glaze spread over berries,make sure they are all covered so they don't
dry out.
Chill and serve.
Very easy to make,beautiful to look at and oh
so good. Every where I've taken it it gets rave reviews and disappears
quickly.
