Orange Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients:
-1/2 Cup Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice (save rind)
-3 Tablespoons Brown Sugar
-3 Tablespoons Raisins
-2 Tablespoons Corn Syrup
-4 Pork Chops (1/2" to 1" thick)

Instructions:
-Simmer first 3 ingredients until hot, then add corn syrup.
-Cut orange rind into the mix and simmer for approximately 10 minutes.
-Place pork chops in baking dish and pour sauce over chops.
-Bake at 375 for 1 hour.
