Wedding of the Flowers

It was a lovely summer wedding in the garden.
The trellis was decorated with an abundance of Snowballs, Chinese Lanterns and Canterberry Bells.
The ceremony was performed by Jack-in- the-Pulpit.
The bridegroom was Sweet William and his bride was Rose.
The bride was given away by her father whom she lovingly called Poppy.
The groom's men all wore Bachelor Buttons in their lapels.
The little ring bearer was Johnny Jump Up.
The brides maid of honor was Lily of the Valley and the bridesmaids were Petunia, Iris, Pansy, and Daisy.
The little flower girl was Black Eyed Susan.
The groom looked fine in his Dutchman's Breeches.
The bride was radiant with Bridal Wreath in her hair and a gown of Queen Annes Lace.
On her feet were pink Lady Slippers.
Rose told her parents, "Forget Me Not and do not worry about us".
Seeing her mother's tears and sensing her Bleeding Heart she assured her, "I had not thought to marry Marigold, Our love is true and Everlasting."
It was a special moment when Sweet William embraced his bride Rose and their Tulips met as they kissed and they declared their love for each other!
However, it seems that Rose sometimes failed to have meals ready promptly at Four O'Clock and Sweet William showed his Imapatiens.
But after a period of time Rose improved and later they welcomed into their lives Babys Breath.
