I want to make a correction, actually I have already changed the previous text, about the person who sent me the recipe for Chow Chow. Darlene, a dear friend from grannies and an ex-Texan on detatched duty in a Yankee state sent me the recipe. Thank you Darlene. I wish I could blame the error on CRS but it was really from laziness.
